Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect very little, and we never sell it.
Effective date: November 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the SGRXTRME Blog handles personal information, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We respect your privacy and collect as little as possible.
1. What we collect
- Information you send us: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and performance.
- Usage analytics: we use Google Tag Manager and the Google tools it loads (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed, how long visits last, approximate location, device type and which links are clicked.
We do not run user accounts, comment systems or newsletters on this site. Our session planner runs entirely in your browser; nothing you type is stored or sent.
2. Cookies
Google Tag Manager and the Google services it loads may set cookies or use similar technologies to measure visits and how the site is used. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy; you can learn more at how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
3. How we use information
- To reply to your messages and fix reported errors
- To keep the website secure and running well
- To measure which guides are useful and improve the site
We never sell your personal information.
4. Third-party links
When you click a link to another website, including gaming platforms, that site's privacy policy applies. Gaming operators will usually collect identity documents for verification (KYC). Read their policies before signing up. See our affiliate disclosure for how outbound links work.
5. Retention
We keep emails only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete them.
6. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, to object, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise your rights, email jalarcon@sgrxtrme.blog.
7. Age restriction
This site is for adults 21+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Check the effective date above. Related pages: terms and conditions, disclaimer.
